How to Request Commission
Send a request via Google form
After confirming the details and price, I will send an invoice for payment.
By commissioning me, it means that you have read, understood, and agree to all of the terms and conditions.
In your request, you must include the following information:
Contact Info (Email, Discord, or Twitter)
Information of character(s)
Commission type
Text description of request
Links to visual references or other of your character(s)
Preference of privacy
Upon completion, you will receive:
The original .PNG/.JPG file
Additional information (if applicable)

Rules & Guidelines
Commissioning me means that you understand and accept my terms and conditions. If you have any questions regarding my terms, please contact me with your concerns!
General
All commissions are digital products designed to be used for personal use.
The client must provide me with clear written details of their requested character(s)..
I will contact the client if I take interest in their commission request.
I have the right to refuse the commission.
The client and the artist must both agree to keep any sensitive or personal information private.
If requested, the commission can be private (no media exposure) at no extra charge.
The commission will be initiated when I send the client the first invoice, and the invoice is paid.
Generally, only one request per transaction please.
I will try to follow the request as best as I can.
I have the right to cancel and refund the money for the commission at any time.
Payment
I must be paid before I start the commission.
I will only accept payment in USD.
Payment will be done by PayPal invoice.
For commissions costing $60 or less - the full price must be paid upfront.
For commissions costing $60 or more - 50% payment upfront, 50% payment for when I complete the commission.
A partial refund (25%) is allowed after receiving sketch. This does not apply to commissions where the sketch is the final product.
The client has all right to cancel the commission request if they have not paid any part of the invoice.
Workflow and Revisions
In all cases, I try to finish the commission within 1 month of after receiving payment, however, this is not a firm time span.
NO DEADLINES - the client cannot set a deadline for the artist.
I will provide work in progress drawings at major points of the process, and I REQUIRE client approval in order to continue; be on the lookout and please make sure to respond!
Clients have all right to request work-in-progress drawings at anytime. However, they may not freely request revisions for these drawings.
If I make a mistake due to not following the original request, then I will correct it, free of charge.
Any excessive amount of revisions and/or edits will result in an additional charge depending on the level of detail.
Rights & Permissibles
The Artist:
I own the full rights to the artwork.
I do not claim property of any subjects of my commissioned drawings.
I am free to post and share work-in-progress photos of the commission unless discussed beforehand.
I will comply if the client wants to keep the commission private, feel free to let me know.
The Client:
Should credit xfrozenpanda1 as the artist of the commissioned piece.
Is free to use the commission for personal use only.
May request minor edits to finished commission.
Can NOT use commissions for non-fungible tokens (NFTs).
Can NOT use commissions for commercial/promotional usage.
