How to Request Commission

Send a request via Google form. Do not forget to provide a minimum of 2 visual references of your character(s) alongside your request!

After confirming the details and price, I will send an invoice for payment.

By commissioning me, it means that you have read, understood, and agree to all of the terms and conditions.

In your request, you must include the following information:

  • Contact Info (Email, Discord, or Twitter)

  • Information of character(s)

  • Commission type

  • Text description of request

  • Links to atleast 2 references or other of your character(s)

  • Preference of privacy

Upon completion, you will receive:

  • The original .PNG file

  • Additional information (if applicable)

What can I draw?

I will draw:

  • Anime and Manga styled

  • Females

  • Original Characters (OCs)

  • Fanart

  • Nudity

  • Sexual Themes

  • Vtubers <3

I will NOT draw:

  • Males (Not good enough yet)

  • Animals

  • Realism

  • Anthro

  • Hard Gore

  • Full Mechs/Armor

Rules & Guidelines

Commissioning me means that you understand and accept my terms and conditions. If you have any questions regarding my terms, please contact me with your concerns!

General

  • All commissions are digital products.

  • Commissions are designed, and structured to be used for personal use.

  • The client and the artist must both agree to keep any sensitive or personal information private.

  • I will contact the client if I take interest in their commission request.

  • The commission will be initiated when I send the client the first invoice, and the invoice is paid.

  • I have the right to refuse the commission.

  • Generally, only one request per transaction please.

  • The client must provide me with clear written details and atleast 2 visual references of their requested character(s).

  • I will charge extra if the request is submitted with only text.

  • I will try to follow the request as best as I can.

  • I have the right to cancel and refund the money for the commission at any time.

  • If requested, the commission can be private (no media exposure) at no extra charge.

Payment

  • I must be paid before I start the commission.

  • For commissions costing $60 or less - the full price must be paid upfront.

  • For commissions costing $60 or more - 50% payment upfront, 50% payment for when I complete the commission.

  • I will only accept payment in USD.

  • Payment will be done by PayPal invoice.

  • Please pay within 10 days of receiving invoice.

  • The client has all right to cancel the commission request if they have not paid any part of the invoice.

  • A partial refund is allowed after receiving sketch. Please refer to "Rights & Permissibles" to understand what is allowed.

Workflow and Revisions

  • In all cases, I try to finish the commission within 1 month of after receiving payment. In extreme cases, I may take up to a few months once I start the commission.

  • NO DEADLINES - the client cannot set a deadline for the artist.

  • I will provide work in progress drawings at major points of the process, and I REQUIRE client approval in order to continue; be on the lookout and please make sure to respond!

  • Please note: Revision stages that take place after "detailed sketch" do not apply to commissions that are sketches as a final product.

  • Clients have all right to request work-in-progress drawings at anytime. However, they may not freely request revisions for these drawings.

  • Keep in mind, any excessive amount of revisions will result in an additional charge.

  • If I make a mistake due to not following the original request, then I will correct it, free of charge.

  • Minor revisions are free, however they may not be done immediately.

Rights & Permissibles

The Artist:

  • I own the full rights to the artwork.

  • I do not claim property of any subjects of my commissioned drawings.

  • I am free to post and share work-in-progress photos of the commission.

  • If the client wants to keep the commission private, feel free to let me know.

The Client:

  • If shared, must credit xfrozenpanda1 as the artist of the commissioned piece.

  • Is free to use the commission for personal use only.

  • May request minor edits to finished commission.

  • Can NOT use commissions for non-fungible tokens (NFTs).

  • Commercial/promotional usage is not allowed.
