How to Request Commission
Send a request via Google Form
After confirming the details and price, I will send an invoice for payment.
By commissioning me, it means that you have read, understood, and agree to all of the terms and conditions.
In your Google Form request, you should include the following information:
Contact Info (Email, Discord, or Twitter)
Information and/or description of character(s)
Commission type
Links to visual references or other of your character(s)
Preference of privacy (am I able to post the finished commission?)
Upon completion, you will receive:
The original .PNG/.JPG file
Additional information (if applicable)

General
I own the full rights to the artwork.
I have the right to refuse the commission.
The client must provide me with clear written details of their requested character(s).
The commission will be initiated when I send the client the first invoice, and the invoice is paid.
Should credit xFrozenPanda as the artist of the commissioned piece.
Payment
I will only accept payment in USD.
Payment should be done by PayPal invoice. (Other options can be discussed)
For commissions costing $60 or less - the full price must be paid upfront.
For commissions costing $60 or more - 50% payment upfront, 50% payment for when I complete the commission.
A partial refund (25%) is allowed after receiving sketch. This does not apply to commissions where the sketch is the final product.
The client has all right to cancel the commission request if they have not paid any part of the invoice.
Workflow and Revisions
In all cases, I try to finish the commission within 1 month of after receiving payment, however, this is not a firm time span.
NO DEADLINES - the client cannot set a deadline for the artist.
I will provide work in progress drawings at major points of the process.
Any excessive amount of revisions and/or edits will result in an additional charge depending on the level of detail.
